Shipping Information

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece as much as we loved creating it. If your purchase doesn’t fit perfectly, our returns process reflects the same attention to detail as our intimate apparel collections.

Return Policy Details:

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • All items must be:
    • In original, unworn condition
    • With all tags attached
    • In the original packaging

Important Exceptions:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear & Nightwear
  • Swimwear

Exceptions are made only if these items are defective or not as described.

Face + Body products must be unopened in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your return request (use the template below for faster processing).
  2. Wait for Approval – Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our Detroit address using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate the item and size/color you wish to exchange for
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the new item within 2 business days
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference
